We build reasoning infrastructure for AI systems: deterministic inference, append-only memory, and cryptographic provenance for organizations that need AI outputs to be auditable, reconstructable, and defensible. Our work combines an open reasoning kernel, applied R&D in symbolic and multi-agent reasoning, and production consulting for regulated or high-stakes environments.
