Appointment booking with Koalendar
The “Book a meeting” link opens a booking popup provided by Koalendar LLC, United States. The homepage loads the widget script from Koalendar when you visit it, establishing a connection to Koalendar before you open the popup. Technical connection data, including your IP address and browser information, is transmitted when these resources are requested.
When you use the booking service, Koalendar may process your name, contact details, selected appointment time, and booking information. Booking information may also be added to our connected calendar in order to arrange and conduct the meeting.
The legal basis for our processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the meeting concerns a contract or pre-contractual measures, and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other meetings.
